jQuery Scroll

First off, A big thank you to defunct for the help.

Allows users to scroll to the top of a page when the page content gets too long.

You won't see the block after you exit edit mode until you scroll down the page some. Then, after scrolling, in the bottom right hand corner the image will appear with a arrow. After you click on that image it will automatically take you back up to the top of the page.

There is also an option to change the speed in Milliseconds.
