5.5.x Compatibility?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I had someone on the forum (non techie user) mention they had a blank toolbar on a couple of their pages, which stopped them editing them. I offered to help them out.

I noted that they were running 5.5.1, and looking in the page source, that the pages in question were using the naturalleather theme, simple image gallery and likes this. There were also a couple of js errors in the firebug console.

Not being able to edit and this remove blocks, I renamed both simple image and likes out of the way. Putting simple image back all was well. Putting likes back, the toolbar went away (appeared blank) and the js errors (attached screenshot) came back.

Not sure where the error lies, with the theme or with the addon, but something's not quite right. Uninstalling the likes addon fixed the problem.

Hi jero,

Glancing at the "Likes This" add-on page, its highest compatibility version is listed as 5.4.2.2, so I don't believe it's compatible with 5.5x yet, so that might be the issue there.

Yeah, I reckon so. I was posting more as a gentle nudge in Andrew's direction than anything else. :)
