Populating a list programatically

Is it possible to populate a list programatically such as with user information from the UserList() class?

Didn't get notified by email, so totally missed this one. What do you mean exactly with programmatically? Because this Add-On is all about making a list YOURSELF, chosing which links need to be displayed. So not sure if I understand the question right here.
If you have an example, do tell. Open to implement new features at any time!
