We installed the chat module on our website today for a support chat. The installation was very easy. The integration with the live chat package is very well done: You can hide the script in the dashboard or in editmode.
The chat solution itself is so powerful. We use it over the webbrowser and it works great for our team. Have to discover a lot more.

For data privacy it has a bunch of tools like deactivating the ip tracking. And there is an option for activating a consent form before chatting or usage begins.

So all good. And we are trying out a new way of customer support with this handy tool.
