I am using concrete5, and when I choose the Live Chat add-on, it tells me "invalid marketplace item". Is this no longer available? If it is, can someone help me with getting it from the download onto my website? I cannot follow the instructions given.

It must be still available, just tried with version 8.0.3. What version of concrete5 are you on?
