Concrete 8.3+ support and beyond, Warranty and Translatable?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
General question, is this Package fully supported for Concrete 8.3 and will be supported for the future of the platform?

What support comes with the module, do we get free updates for life after purchase or is there a warranty remit?

Can you tell me more about the translatable aspects? Which aspects are translatable? I need to know as for our projects this is a key factor.

Thank you for your time.

Yes, the package is compatible with v8.3 and the intentional is for it to remain compatible with all future versions of concrete5.

You do get free updates for the life of the purchase. The only exception to this is that we'll track the last few concrete5 versions and will not always provide an update to a significantly older version of concrete5. In other words, you'll need to keep your concrete5 site update to date as well. That being said, this package is pretty stable and I've not needed to supply many bug fix updates over time.

In terms of a warranty, you are protected by these policies:
https://www.concrete5.org/help/legal/refund-policy...
Note that a refund is really for if it just doesn't work or you feel that it described features it doesn't have, and not for if you simply change your mind.

Support wise it does include 30 days of support, however I'm not one to really limit this - if you need help just ask away.

Translation wise, all text strings within the package itself are translatable (that's a requirement for being on the marketplace). Text output by Google Maps directly generally reflects the language of the user viewing the map.
