Concrete 5.6.0 compatibility

The current version (1.1.0.1) of Magic Tabs is compatible with the recently released Concrete 5.6.0. However, with the Concrete5 core now using Bootstrap 2.0 and these core styles used by Magic Tabs, there are some styling issues with two of the tab templates:
OK to Primary template : No longer shows the tab colours correctly - at the moment it looks like any css change to this template will result in unwanted effects in Conrete 5.5.x versions.
Rainbow template : A small 1 pixel upward shift in the tab body when a tab is hovered.
ALL OTHER TAB TEMPLATES CONTINUE TO RENDER AS BEFORE in Concrete 5.6.0
