lists not working

Hi we are experiencing an issue with lists, basically we can't seem to choose a list, it does a post and comes back with the site is displayed in an iframe in the block settings area. It seems to never hit the action_mailchimp_refresh function in the block controller and it responds with the entire site in the ajax response. Also the tabs are funky on first load. See attached.

Turns out its an issue with it being in a global area. We get the lists if I move it outside the global area. Any idea how to work around this and keep it in a global area? Would like to keep it in a global area if possible..
Well done for sorting. There is a document included in the zip which may
help. It's the way concrete handles Ajax which confuses it.

I forgot this was an issue and purchased the plugin for another client but can't use it because it needs to be in a global area in the footer. I've tried embedding it as a stack via code in the theme similar to your outdated instructions for scrapbooks but it doesn't work. Apparently being in a global area is the same thing as a stack so it doesn't work either way. Can I please get a refund for my last purchase of the addon? Thanks.
