Error: No lists have been selected

Hi, I am setuping mailchimp add on for a client, but I have one problem. I have created account in mail chim, I have created list, but when I refresh the lists I do not see the lists, I see some version of the website?
I am using concrete5 5.6.3.1 version.
So, what am I not doing the correct way?
What Should I do to make this thing work?

How have you added the mailchimp plugin ? Is it on a global area or on
an individual page or a stack - there can be issues depending on which
way you load it. There are some instructions included in the package -
but let me know some more details or a screen shot.
