the settings page has an option where you can turn on a custom template for your emails, and two text boxes for your footer and header HTML. There isn't an feature in this package at the moment to allow for separate templates for each of your mailing lists, but you can certainly request that feature within this packages support section if you'd like. Those features that get the most requests are more likely to get added.
