Mega Menu not working

Hi,

I just purchased the mega menu for c5 5.7 version, the installation was successful but the block doesn't work at all. Whe I try to include the block in some page nothing happens, and the section where I include the block appears blank.

The block is displayed on the lists of all blocks but doesn't work either if I added it from the desired section, or if I drag and drop it to the desired section.

Please help.

I see. The only information I need is how to access your site. We are working at UTC+8 so I don't know will that work with you. Also our Team Vieiwer support isn't for free. We usually charge at $90/hr for Skype or Team Viewer support.

So will work on that and send you an update once it's fixed. Perhaps it will also resolve yours.
