I would like to insert in the submenu a background picture, as in this menu:

This menu from this website is awesome.
Can someone help me? I'm not a programmer, maybe someone can give me the code and tell me where to put it?

It takes a little CSS knowledge to do what you're after. Each menu item has a unique CSS class you can style them individually. The custom background code can be placed in your theme's CSS file.
Please note we don't provide free general CSS support and training. But do offer paid services for $90/hr.
