Stack not showing in some menu items

On websitehttp://adco.co.uk we have 2 Mega Menus.
The Green one shows all of the information stacks associated with the menu item in the drop-down - correct.
The grey one only shows the information stack on the first item drop-down in the menu (Hydracure) but not on any of the other items - error.
When I sign in to edit mode all the other stacks show correctly.
The stack and block permissions are the same for all items and all have "View area" permission as "Guest"
Same issue in Chrome, Firefox and IE

Found the problem - eventually.
There were 2 versions (id = 261 and id = 440) of the menu bar. One without the info text (261) at the side which had been saved and approved, the other (440) with the additional info which had been saved but not approved. So when in edit mode version 440, being the latest, was being displayed and could be edited but if you exit edit mode without editing the menu and therefore not approving the edit the site, when in normal mode showed version 261.
We solved the problem by editing a page, editing the menu bar (version 440) then saving and approving the page. This set version 440 as the live version which then shows on the non-edit version of the page.
