I am working on a custom menu and whenever I hover over a menu item with submenus, it nudges the next menu item right. Can you help?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I've been travelling with limited wifi over the last week.
The support included for free is limited to issues relating specifically to the add-on. In this case the issue is relating to the theme. However, I'll help get you on the right track.
I suggest using Google Chrome's inspector tool (right click on the menu and choose "inspect"). This allows you to view the CSS and make changes on the fly and see the results. I can see your theme has CSS code that interferes with the Mega Menu. Here's a screenshot:
