Yes my Mega Menu will work with virtually every theme. If you have a good grasp on css you can customise every element within the menu like colours, fonts, etc. If your theme contains "greedy" css which tries to override the styling of the menu, it's just a case of removing the offending code which can be spotted if you use google chrome's inspector tool.
