Does MegaMenu Support Multilingual?

I'm using C5 v8. I saw that about a year ago someone asked if MegaMenu supported Multilingual. The answer was inconclusive.
Does it transparently change the menu text to track each language sitemap tree that has been developed for each language when the language is switched by the person viewing the page?

Hi, Yes I would also like to know if the menu support Multilingual functionalities and if it's possible to add a language switch block to the menu.

Hope to hear soon so I can buy the add-on.
