Permalink Browser Info Environment
Does this have an option for sticky navigation, where when the client scrolls down the nav will stay at the top of the screen?

Hi, that type of thing will depend on the theme you're using. If it's based on Bootstrap then it shouldn't be too hard to do. But the menu itself doesn't do it for you out of the box.

If you're familiar with CSS and HTML then look at the Bootstrap documentation on how to max a sticky element.

Hope this helps.
