The code is very clean and tidy. But it seems that the developer doesn't maintain this product anymore. I had troubles with installing add-on on a multilingual environment and also some troubles with PHP 7+. I have make the code changes by my own.
All in all i give 3 stars because it's a solid base and i was much faster using this as a boilerplate instead of developing everything from scratch.

The plug in gave me a bit of trouble, but Jaap shows he really cares about his customers and was very, very helpful. It would have been better if it included a one time payment option though.

The system sets up an auto-renewal on paypal and disables that user from submitting another payment by disabling the form. We have some members who did NOT want paypal automatically taking money so they shut off the auto-renew (on paypal). Now... (a year later) they have no way to renew their membership. Even after removing them from the paid members role.

I submitted a support ticket (3 months ago) and crickets.
