The system sets up an auto-renewal on paypal and disables that user from submitting another payment by disabling the form. We have some members who did NOT want paypal automatically taking money so they shut off the auto-renew (on paypal). Now... (a year later) they have no way to renew their membership. Even after removing them from the paid members role.
I submitted a support ticket (3 months ago) and crickets.

Happy With My Purchase
The plug in gave me a bit of trouble, but Jaap shows he really cares about his customers and was very, very helpful. It would have been better if it included a one time payment option though.
