Do you have a link to a page where a background image is displaying in edit mode only?

Have you tried clearing your browser and site cache?
Dashboard > System & Settings > Optimization > Clear Cache

Thanks for your reply. Yes I cleared the cache, problem stays the same.
Full Background image is showed in edit mode but not in the live version (see attached pic). Thanks for helping.

One thing I see that could be an issue is that your site loads jQuery twice. It is loaded once in the head and once before the ending body tag. The jQuery loaded in the head is provided by concrete5 and the version in the body is probably included directly in your theme page template.

I would comment out the jQuery in the body and see if that makes a difference (clearing your site and browser cache is also recommended).
