MrKDilkington thank you very much. I am using your block with the Framework theme and it works great. Framework provides for a full screen video/image background but for only the home page.

I used your block on the other pages to enhance the footer area. I set the theme's footer area color to black with 80% transparency setting to get a really cool effect.
