If you are trying to match the visual styling, that would require making new icons. To add the following count, this would involve working with the Twitter API and outside of the scope of what this block does.
Regarding LinkedIn follow links, I am not sure how the follow links are structured. The LinkedIn follow link generator requires a login (I am not a LinkedIn member).
