Forgive my stupidity. But drag and drop what?

Please help me get started with this. I edit the page and add a block and choose the Multimedia BOX. But I can't drag or drop anything to that dialog box.
Do I choose an image from Finder and drag to it? Show quick screen cast on dropping images.
