The Nontab Scheduler lets you run your Automated Jobs on a regular basis without having to set up a cron job.

To use it, go to Dashboard > System & Settings > Optimization > Nontab Scheduler. You can specify the length of time between running the jobs, in number of hours, days, weeks or months.
