You can add a Block from this Add-On as you do with any other block. Go into edit mode and click the "+" sign (or hit "Add Block" within an area). Now scroll to the "Opening Times" section there (could be all the way down). There are 2 Block Types, called "Status Opening Times" and "Weekly Opening Times". The status is really just to display the status of today, where the weekly will show you each and every day of a week (this week, next week, any other week or just your default opening times without holidays/special openings).
