Not able to install on 5.7

Hi,

I just bought a license for Overlay Gallery and I'm not able to download & install.

Please advise.

Sorry to hear you could not download the package. Is it giving you any error or warning message? Did you try downloading it from the Licenses section in your Account, ie when you are logged in, it should be on this link:https://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/....

Thanks for the reply.

When I try to download the package from the license section of the account I get this message: "This package isn't currently available for this version of concrete5. Please contact the maintainer of this package for assistance."

I think I know what's happening. From your Environment Information, it looks like you are using Concrete5 5.7.3.1 version. This add-on requires at least 5.7.4.2 (See 'Compatible' info here:https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/overlay-gallery1/... ).

So my advice is to upgrade your C5 version to the latest version (5.7.5.1 - released last month) and try downloading the add-on again. That should work.
