Hi, I've checked the error. The imagehttps://www.concrete5.org/files/3815/0182/5559/Screenshot_from_2017-... - shows an import error in phpmyadmin. The db.xml file is automatically imported by Concrete5 during install and should not be imported by phpmyadmin.
The second error does not seem to be strictly related to the package. Can you please try install an other free package, eg.http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/manual-nav1... to see if it's a general error?
