Have to always enter password

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

Coming across an issue where if a user enters the password to a given page, it is not remembered when they next visit that page. They have to enter the password every time that they navigate to the page.

This doesn't appear to happen when logged into the CMS. Have also test on a fresh download of Concrete and come across the same problem. Is there any solution to this?

Many thanks.

Hi, I tried the plugin with version 8.4.3 and seems to work correctly.

Can you please try replacing the package with the one you can download here?
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1CA6Om_dx9jQt8g6EbFT2ZV9grYdQrqC8...

This may also be due to full page caching enabled, can you check that settings at
System > Optimization > Cache & Speed Settings?

If still not working can you link a test password protected page and the password so that I can check any problem with cookies?

Thanks in advance
Regards

Hi,

Thanks for your reply and the download link, that appears to have solved the issue - it looks like we were using a past one.
