PayPal Events will not activate.

I recently purchase your Pay Pal Events add-on.

I am using U.S. Web Hosting Hub and C-Panel.

I followed all the instructions and have verified I am using the most current Concrete 5 version on my server. When I purchased PayPal events, I followed all the instructions, but the add-on will not show up for me to use. I've looked at all the help resources, but can't figure this out.

I've tried installing manually, but keep getting error messages.

Can someone please enlighten me?
