I am struggling to interpret an error message and have not heard back from support. Based on the other review here it looks like I can't expect to hear from them either. I did have it working at one point though so I imagine the software is good.

Submitted a support request over 2 weeks ago. Sent them an email directly on their website, too. As of yet, I have had absolutely no response from them.

Looks like I got screwed.
I bought the license but for Paypal add on but there wasn't any link to download the add on. I will be requesting a refund. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.
