Doesn't work with IE

I like this block, looks great in Chrome and Firefox but it does not work with IE browser. We have tested with IE 7 and IE 8. It loads once in awhile with IE 8 but never loads in IE 7.

Wish I saw this before, it doesn't work in IE. Does anyone have any ideas.

I used the Pictures Gallery in one of my websites and in IE9 it doesn't work I only see the navigation arrows but no images.
In the other browsers it works smoothly.
