Hi There,
Love the fact of having the titles within the cells themselves. My question is since we are using a responsive theme and it is quite wide, is it possible to align two questions side by side to utilize the space available instead of on top of each other?

Thanks for your message. Yes it is possible to do that, but it requires a little CSS coding to make it wrap up around in the desktop view but wrap down in the responsive views. If you are familar with CSS it is relatively easy to do or we can help you with that.

Great! I purchased your addon but can't install it. Keep getting unknown addon. Uploaded via server in packages>extracted your zipfile> go to extend > see the addon but with an error.
Sorry to be a pain. Any suggestions or should I go to support and give you allthe pertient info?

When you go into /www/packages/pixo_form do you see the blocks folder and the other four files? I'm wondering if the folder structure is correct? If that does look correct could you send me the exact error message you are receiving.

While we are looking at why I can't install your addon, could you give me some idea of the cost to get the form to be "two column" or two questions side by side instead of on top of each other. It s an employment application and has quite a few questions and don't want it to scroll to china, lol.

I just did some testing on the same version of concrete5 that you are using and it is installing just fine. The fact that your install doesn't show a version number is curious to me. I'm going to direct message a copy of the package in case your current version is corrupted. Completely uninstall your current version and then install that version and lets see if that works for you. Please make sure to put the package at /www/packages/pixo_form.
