Description text truncating
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi there,
My client requires a lot of description text on each of their pop-ups as these will be used for case studies. Unfortunately, PopUp Pro is currently truncating my clients description text..
Is there a way to allow more description text? My client requires space for a few short paragraphs at least.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. :)
Many thanks

Hi,
The layout of the popup window only allows for a limited amount of text in the description at the bottom of the frame, otherwise it would throw out the complete layout.
If your client has a lot of content, then using the "description" field isn't really the best option. I'd recommend simply using the "iFrame" popup style and then you can add as much text within your popup as you wish and it will scroll as more content is added. You can use the "The Void" theme for the popup page, and fine-tune the CSS of that to get the exact fonts and colours you like.
Hope this helps.

Hi JB,
thank you for the quick reply, it is very much appreciated.
Yeah, i was aware of using the "iFrame" popup style but wrongly thought I could modify the existing "image" popup.
Thanks for clearing this up!

Joe

Happy to help Joe. If you would be kind enough to leave a positive review in the C5 marketplace, I'd greatly appreciate that:
