Is it possible to link the popped-up image to another page?

I know I could build an html block with the image & link in it, and pop that up, but I was hoping there is a simpler way built into the PopUp Pro block.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question. You want the user to click on the popped up image and then link to another page?
If so, I don't think that is possible at the moment - without creating a separate page and linking to it that way (not using the option for linking to an image).

If I've misunderstood the question, can you please clarify?
