How to play YouTube video in popup

I'm looking for a simple method to play a YouTube video in a modal/popup window. Can you suggest the best method of how to use the Popup block to do this?
Is there a way to add YT embed code in the URL for the popup? Or would I have to add the YT video as a block on another C5 page, then have Popup block access that page?
