ProEvents does not hold, which promises it. And no support!

I don't think this add-on is viable any more. You get NO support at all (I'm still waiting for a reply to a 'Critical' support request 25 days after purchase). It's a bit clunky too, some obvious features are missing and the developer just ignores your requests for help.

Out of the box, this is a full-featured calendar add-on. Our church has dozens and dozens of events each month. Some are recurring, some one time. Some happen weekly, some monthly. ProEvents accommodates all our many scheduling needs. Not only this, but it includes advanced scheduling features, like excluding certain dates from a recurring event.

If you have CSS skills, familiarity with PHP, and an understanding of the Concrete block model, you can completely trick this add-on out. ProEvents was designed to be fully integrated into your site. That’s what we’ve done. We’ve skinned it to match our theme. Even better, we’ve taken full advantage of it’s custom attributes feature so that it meets our unique needs.

Customization of this add-on is not difficult, but it does take work and there is a mild learning curve. The good news is that the developer provides solid support. He really wants you to get the most out of ProEvents. He responds quickly to tickets and goes up and above what’s typical for support.

Has the potential to be a fantastic add-on, unfortunately, support is required. Loaded full of bugs and support is basically non existent. All you get is automated responses and eventually, your support ticket is closed without the issue being resolved. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

I've never had issues with the 5.6 version, but the current 5.7.x version has it's bugs. To name a few: doesn't generate holidays (yes, I have it checked), when I click 'Generated Dates' I get an error, one of the custom templates doesn't show any of my dates, and other piddly stuff. I put a ticket in, and it's been nearly 2 weeks and have not heard back from the developer. What's there is usable, but I shouldn't have to pay for something that doesn't work as advertised, and has zero support from the developer.

As can be seen via the link below, I have been waiting for almost a month for a response to my support request which was submitted via the support facility here in the marketplace, via the Radiantweb website, and via email.
