If accessed via the top Concrete5 bar the dialogue box does not include the Add Event or Cancel buttons at the bottom. If accessed via the Dashboard no styles are present and the whole page appears as a list in Times New Roman.

Looking at the Environment Information I can see the version number for Proevents is showing as 9.9.7, I don't know if that is relevant.

The manual update also requires you to go into Updates on the Dashboard and update the plugin. Once I had done that the Add Event page displayed correctly.
