Exclude from Nav deactivates hyperlink in List block

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When using the exclude from Nav attribute, to hide from the secondary nav menu, the event stays in the list block but the hyperlink is not active and does nothing.

I need to be able to hide events from the nav (it's a long list) and still have the event show up in the list and be clickable.

I noticed the same thing and the easiest workaround is to set the Parent page to "Exclude Sub-Pages From Nav" in Page Attributes.
