After Christmas I might get some help with the program.
Different documentation... more like:
What comes first the calendar name or the events?
does it matter?
Create the calendar and then associate the event to the calendar by selecting it?
I just spent the last 1-2 hours trying to grasp the software and I just need more instructions to create some things.
Can you help?

I know this is a little late, but I use this calendar on several scrapbooking vacation rental units for just that thing. Not a B&B but it is very handy for booking.
