Couple field option suggestions.

Had a couple suggestions for some options for certain fields (in particular, the text field).
When adding a Text Field (or any field for that matter) to a form, there is no option to set a "Default Value." Also, there is no option for a Placeholder in the Text Field.
With Default Values, it's very helpful to be able to auto-populate that with a User Attribute, or a static value.
