The 'Price Select' question is displaying the first option only in the email postings and when checking form submissions on the back end. It is not showing the option that was selected when completing the form, but simply defaulting to the first option only.

The form Review prior to submission shows the ciorrect choices, but after submission its defaulting to the first option.
