Publishing Form Disables Editing

When a form is created and displayed on a page, that page loses the Concrete5 buttons along the top bar. Is this something I am doing wrong when creating my forms? Thank you.

Sounds like you have a javascript conflict. Can you use google chrome, safari, or firefox and "inspect" the page and reply here with any errors you see within the "console" tab?

Can you try clearing your cache? These are theme errors actually.
