Publishing form results to a page

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Please clarify.
"Have you ever wished there was a simpler way to take form data and review it to then do things like publish to a page or create a new user from it?"

I want to be able to create a form, have the input reviewed by admin and if accepted then publish most of the input data to a page which can later be edited by the user who completed the form. Can I do this with this extension?

In this case it is an application form for companies to join a trade association. If the form is accepted the company name would be added to a list of member companies as a link which when clicked takes the visitor to a page providing company details. Company name and details would be extracted from the form. I would want the user who submitted the form to be able to "in-place" edit the details after publication.

Thanks
