Question list in 'Manage Forms' interface

This is a great add-on. My business team has become quite familiar with its power on a membership based website that we’ve been developing. It attribute matching is a phenomenal feature in addition to the large variety of question types.

My current question is a pre-sale question for another project that may have as many as 100 forms for a home care med tracking system.

We love that you can make one question and use it on multiple forms via the ‘Manage Forms’ interface. This particular feature makes this add-on ideal for our project in which the same med question can be referenced for multiple clients.

We envision creating a form for each client, where each client has a unique combination of medications. A Med Administrator would log in and check a series of yes/no questions confirming whether or not a series of medications have been successfully administered to a particular client. Very often the same medication may be used for different clients, thus, the beauty of not needing to make the same question twice.

Due to the large volume of varying meds (potentially in the hundreds) our client says its imperative that questions are displayed alphabetically for ease of findability in the ‘Manage Forms’ section. We found this can be easily addressed by simply dragging and dropping each question into alphabetical order as we build the initial forms in the 'Manage Questions' area of each form. Unfortunately, we run into a problem when we build a second form in which we use some of the same questions.

For some reason the ‘Manage Forms’ section lists every question for every form, rather than simply listing the questions regardless of the form. By the time you use the same question on multiple forms, you get a discombobulated list of duplicate questions (which thoroughly disables the alphabetization).

The power of reusing a question quickly becomes ineffective once there are potentially hundreds of questions and anywhere more than 5-6 forms (far less than our necessity) with some of the same questions. Regardless of the need for alphabetization, the list of questions in the Manage Forms section simply becomes too long and unwieldy.

Is there any way we can simply see a series of non duplicated questions?

Do you have any suggestions for how to improve this feature for our purposes?

Thank you.
