Receive payments via Stripe for form submissions

Would it be possible to collect information via a form and then collect a payment for sending that information using Stripe rather than PayPal?
The scenario is getting paid for submissions of 'event information' that would then go on to a web page as part of an events list or calendar (ie event advertising essentially).
