colorpicker.js issue

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has come across a colorpicker issue on this block. When loggin in the error is not reported and I can view the gallery fine in the detail area. Logged out the gallery does not work and I see an error. I am attaching the error message.

Just wanted to touch back on this and possibly clarify a bit more. LOL Basically I can not get the ad gallery to work once logged out of the CMS. It works great logged in.
