Free text criteria

I haven't seen in the screen shots or screen cast if there is the ability to set criteria for marking the free-text field as correct. Is it assumed that if there is any user entry in the field their response is correct? Or is there any keyword matching, etc?

quick follow up: if it is assumed that any content entered into a free-text field is correct, is it possible for an administrator to review the answers and mark them correct/incorrect after the user has submitted their responses?
