Support for Matrix question

I was wondering if your add-on supports Matrix type questions as well as If-Then questions? Right now we are using surveymonkey right now and would like to integrate our surveys instead.

Sorry but no, we don't have it out of the box unfortunately.
We can offer adding this kind of functionality for a relatively low price to a public version and support it in future if you interested.
