Block problem
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi.
I started to get an issue with adding a block... I get the following response:
Fatal error: Class 'JbRegisterBlockController' not found in /home/ironingcirencest/public_html/updates/concrete5.6.3.3/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 437
Being fairly new to concrete5 I stumbled around in the dark and then decided to ask the experts! I spent hours googling and searching concrete5 to no avail. Everything I read kept pointing me towards Register User Pro which I had purchased. I then decided to uninstall and then reinstall but it will not allow me to do that. On previous occassions I have found it simple to uninstall an addon but I cannot uninstall Register User Pro. The thought was that if I reinstalled that it may sort out the problem. It's entirely possible that the issue may lie elsewhere, and I may just be clutching at straws.
Your advice would be appreciated.....

Thanks for your reply. I had a copy of my website, so I deleted the folder from my server. I then downloaded the copy and reinstalled through the Add Functionality in the dashboard... Problem solved!!
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
Great to hear that is solved.

It looks like you might be missing a file or your copy is corrupted. How did you install this by the way? Manually or via C5 Installation? Also I suggest you reinstall this in a fresh copy of C5 and see if this occurs if not then most likely it's your current C5 might have a problem.
