Why cant I find a ZIP file to download for a manual install?

Thanks for getting back so quick Ryan, yes please send through the link for the older version.
You can download it here:
https://www.mesuva.com.au/temp/transfers/packages/image_map.zip...
I've given it a quick test in a 5.6 site and it's working as expected, but please either test this out on a scratch version or backup your site first (which is good practice before installing anything anyway)

Hi Ryan, this one works great thanks! the only thing is it seems to be downsampling and compressing the image? (and creating jpeg artifacts) can this be changed in the code?
as I need the image looking good.
Cheers

If you look for the controller.php file within blocks/image_map, at line 25 there is the number 940. Try changing that to a zero, so it doesn't try and resize the image.
Legend!
Arrggh! this worked... the image looks great however now when mousing over the links are no longer working? I changed it back to the original value and the link in working again but the image is compressed?
Please help
Thanks

That might have been why I set a limit in the first place.
What I would suggest is that you pre-size your image to that 940 width. When concrete5 then looks to resize it, it won't because it's already the correct size and it should serve the original (which is the quality you uploaded it at)
This version of the add-on wasn't really intended for responsive designs or a huge amount of flexibility unfortunately.

Hi Mesuva, thanks for your efforts on this one... I think I have reached the end of the road with this, and may have to wait for an upgrade or a new platform or something.
Thankyou for your help so far.

I've processed the refund.
Unfortunate that the 5.6 version didn't work out for you, but I did built that for a particular website and wasn't tested and adjusted like the 5.7 version. All the best.

Formal Refund Request: Please grant me a refund for the license assigned to this support request.
looking at your screenshot I think you may be running a 5.6 version of concrete5.
This add-on requires version 5.7+, so it won't install in your version.
I do have in my archive a 5.6 compatible image map block, which works the same way, but I never put it on the marketplace. I'm happy to send you a copy of that, but I can't really support it as such as it's not something I've continued to maintain. It might not be quite as featured too (I built it September 2014).
Or you're also welcome to request a refund.
Cheers
