This package reads the .xml file located at /config/install/base/blocktypes.xml to determine what block types were added by the original installation.  It then lists each of these block types, providing a checkbox for any block type that is not currently installed.  The user can then select one or more of these block types to have them restored.  This package assumes that the files for these block types have not been removed and will fail if they are not available.
